realised i forgot to talk about the guest appearance of our visually impaired father. i suppose in real life the parent should wait at the office lounge or lobby area while the office staff go upstairs to bring the student down. less disruptive :) but it was a good stress reliever. darren handled it pretty ok anyway. nice and firm and understanding.
